  25. Subject: toaster and 2.1 problems

  27. The problem we had with our toaster after installing the 2.1 Amigados upgrade
  28. has been fixed.  As you recall our problem was video that appeared to lose sync
  29. on both the program and preview monitors.  Apparently a common problem is that
  30. when you remove your power supply to install the ROM chip a copper RF clip
  31. located on the inside side of the toaster board near the front comes loose and
  32. comes in contact with the board.  This of course shorts out many functions.  We
  33. had to remove the toaster board and clip the copper RF clip back onto the top
  34. of the aluminum hunk of junk that sits over your toaster board.  If you have
  35. problems like this check the aluminum hunk of junk and make sure it is not
  36. touching the outside contacts on your board and that the copper clip is
  37. correctly attached to the aluminum.  Thanks for all your responses.
